Therapy for Anxiety and Stress
Dr. Jenine Saekow
I provide online therapy for adults in CA, CO, NY.
Anxiety and stress can impact nearly every area of our lives—mentally, emotionally, and physically. You might find yourself constantly overthinking, feeling on edge, or unable to relax. When anxiety takes over, it’s easy to feel like you’ve lost control.
With the right support, you can learn how to regulate your nervous system, respond to challenges with greater ease, and feel more grounded and present in your daily life. Therapy can help you:
Identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that fuel anxiety
Learn practical coping strategies to feel more calm and in control
Strengthen your sense of confidence, clarity, and emotional resilience
Reduce avoidance behaviors that reinforce anxiety and fear
Improve problem-solving skills to address stressors more effectively
Make choices that align with your values even when discomfort is present
I can help you build a relationship with anxiety that feels more manageable, so you can move through life with greater ease and confidence.

Kind Words from Past Patients
“Dr. Saekow is incredibly compassionate and understanding, and she is able to provide different perspectives to help me think through issues. She was always very encouraging, yet demonstrated great empathy in helping me reframe some of the very emotional issues I was working through.”
-Tech Professional, 30s
“She gave me really specific techniques to immediately address the issues I was facing. She was extremely caring while still being honest so I felt so supported throughout the whole process. She really took the time to understand me but it felt like she knew me right away.”
-Asian American female, 20s
“I was given the tools to help me from spiraling out of control. It made me wish I'd been more proactive in seeking out therapy earlier...because who knows how much more different/better my life could've been.”

About Me
I truly love what I do. I have been providing therapy since 2011, though my work feels like a natural extension of who I am. I’ve known since I was young that I wanted to be a psychologist. I’ve always been the listener in my friend groups and felt emotions deeply. I feel grateful to sit with people during some of their most honest and vulnerable moments.
I’m a San Diegan native, and I’ve loved living in New York City, Palo Alto, and Charlotte. Outside of therapy, I love traveling with friends and family, baking something sweet, and I’m already planning next year’s Super Bowl party.
