Therapy for Building Better Boundaries in All Your Relationships

Therapy available in CA, CO, NY.

You deserve relationships where you feel respected, seen, and supported. Therapy can help you get there.

Our relationships shape so much of how we feel, from our sense of self-worth to how safe we feel in the world. Whether you’re navigating conflict with a family member, people-pleasing with friends, difficulty setting boundaries at work, or feeling disconnected from your significant other, therapy offers a space to untangle those patterns with care and clarity.

Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches, we’ll explore how past experiences may be influencing your current relationships and work together to build healthier, more authentic connections. Learn to communicate clearly, set healthy boundaries, and feel more comfortable in your relationships. As a licensed psychologist providing online therapy in California, Colorado, and New York, I offer flexible, confidential support tailored to your unique needs and schedule.

Struggling with family, signification others, coworkers, or friends? Book a call and get the support you need.

Kind Words from Past Patients

“Dr. Saekow is incredibly compassionate and understanding, and she is able to provide different perspectives to help me think through issues. I found that I connected with her quite easily and felt comfortable opening up to her. She was always very encouraging, yet demonstrated great empathy in helping me reframe some of the very emotional issues I was working through.”

-Tech Professional, 30s

“She gave me really specific techniques to immediately address the issues I was facing. She was extremely caring while still being honest so I felt so supported throughout the whole process. She really took the time to understand me but it felt like she knew me right away.”

-Asian American female, 20s

“I was given the tools to help me from spiraling out of control. It made me wish I'd been more proactive in seeking out therapy earlier...because who knows how much more different/better my life could've been.”

-Tech Professional, 30s

About Me

I truly love what I do. I get to sit with people during some of their most honest, painful, and exciting moments, hear their stories, laugh with them, and be in awe at how far they’ve come.

Outside of therapy, you’ll find me soaking up the sun, trying a new restaurant with family and friends, baking sweet treats to share, and planning my next trip to explore somewhere new.

When I think about what matters most in my life, it’s the relationships I have with others, both personal and professional.
